We're proud to see our CEO, Sibusiso Xaba, CFA make the Mail & Guardian 200 Young South Africans list for 2022. The M&G 200 Young South Africans is a list of individuals the Mail & Guardian considers to be the most influential 200 Young South Africans for the year. Some notable list makers include Trevor Noah, Loyiso Gola, Thuso Mdebu, and Bryan Habana.
Last month, we spent a few days in Durban, engaging KZN cannabis stakeholders including government, investors and clients.
We had the opportunity to present to the Honourable Deputy Minister of Health, Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo and to SAHPRA, on the global cannabis industry, including market developments, policy considerations, and research based recommendations on how to structure South Africa's local medical cannabis patient access model, which desperately needs reform.
Our CEO, Sibusiso Xaba, sat down with eNCA to discuss the latest developments in South Africa's cannabis industry, and the potential of the sector to contribute towards job creation and poverty alleviation at this critical juncture for South Africa.
